Origins
NBK became active in WoW in 2006. Since that time, we have grown into a fun loving,
easy going, family oriented raiding guild. Yeah, I know those don’t always go together, but at NBK, we strive to find good people rather than good players. Natural Born Killaz play on the Hyjal server (Horde faction). The guild is currently gearing up for cataclysm 10 man raids and are working to get all the members involved that want to participate.

Recruiting and Join Requirements
We are are always recruiting, we actively recruit through the guild recruitment that was added to the default UI. NBK is an adult gaming guild, so we require all our members to be 18 years of age or older. The age requirement is to protect our members from whiney kiddos or their angry parents.

We ask that all new member to the guild have ventrilo installed and working correctly, and register in the forums. These actions will only benefit the new member, as we use our forums as a way to discuss strategy, raid times, accomplishments, and anything else that might strike anyone as note worthy. Guild Rank Structure
All new members to ~NBK~ will start off at the rank of NewKilla, this rank does not allow guild vault withdrawals, and is designed to provide us with a measure of protection from people that guild hop as a way to plunder guild vaults.

The next three ranks within the guild are purchasable. Meaning that any NewKilla may buy their rank. This is a measure is intended to give each new member a since of investment in the guild. We feel that anyone willing to invest in ~NBK~ is member that we in-turn should invest in. The purchasable ranks do allow more guild vault access and guild repairs.

The first purchasable rank is Killa 2, this rank requires a donation of 100g and initiates the ability for members to withdrawl from the GV. This access is to the first tab in the GV that is primarily used for gear of varing level. Low level toons should check this tab often as they progress because we tend to keep a variety of gear for toons leveling up. The next purchasable ranks are Killa 3 & 4, the donations for for these ranks are 250g and 500g respectively. Each of these ranks provides increasing GV access.

The next rank a member can achieve is ~NBK~. This and all other ranks are awarded based on merit and need.

We encourage members to bring all their alts into the guild. We are very alt friendly and having alts in the guild gives us maximum options when putting together raids, and low level alts are always useful for low level guild runs. We do ask that eveyones alts have their mains name or the players real name in the comments box to help keep track of whos alt is who.

We ask that the Hyjal server be the members main realm. We are a constantly progressing guild, and do not wish to be any members second choice for raiding, or playing in general.

Raiding Requirements
We ask our raiders to all have Deadly Boss Mods installed before they raid. This add-on makes raiding much easier because of its raid warning and markings.

Loot Rules
For any ~NBK~ sanctioned raid, we will use a common set of loot rules.
1. Loot will be rolled on main spec. first. This means the spec you are asked to do when you join the raid ie. DPS, Heal, or Tank. If loot has a set bonus that favors a spec. it will be considered appropriate for that spec and rolled on as such.
2. If no main spec needs a piece of gear, offspec rolls will be announced. At that time, anyone that may make use of that gear may roll. This does not mean, roll offspec to sell the gear to another player.
3. PvP gear may be rolled on by any spec player that uses that type of gear. Meaning cloth, leather, mail, or plate.
